Appointments

typically much slower in responding through this form of communication. My practice is currently full, 

and I will not be able to take on new clients for the remainder of 2021. 

Billing

My rate is $150 for an hour session. I am also in-network with 

Premera, Regence, Cigna, Aetna, and First Choice-Kaiser and am 

able to provide a superbill for out-of-network insurers. 

Ketamine-assisted therapy sessions are not covered in-network

but may be partially reimbursed out of network utilizing

superbills.
